The Colorado Women's Education Foundation's website had remained unchanged for more than a decade. Being a 47-year-old organization, they boasted a substantial user base who relied on their current website. Our initial step involved crafting a distinctive brand identity guide to steer our design efforts.

We then conducted a comprehensive survey to gain insights into user requirements, challenges, and objectives. Our survey analysis revealed the presence of three distinct user groups: donors, applicants, and explorers. Accordingly, we developed three separate landing pages, each tailored to facilitate a unique user journey.

To ensure ease of future management and upkeep, we established editable databases within the website builder. These databases allowed for seamless addition, deletion, and modification of pages and content on the site. Moreover, we furnished them with an extensive reference guide and site map to assist in ongoing website maintenance.
